What is art, and what defines an artist? Where does one draw the line between categorizing and attributing artistic qualities to a work of art? These questions have long been the central concerns of my artistic journey, both during the creative process and when engaging with other artworks. Today, I believe that the essence of art and true artistry lies in the final product and its intimate connection to the initial idea, the artist's original vision, and the journey of creating the work. This perspective has led me to appreciate the profound value of simplicity, where a single line on a canvas can often surpass the richness of a meticulously detailed and hyper-realistic painting.

With this mindset, I have consistently seen an artist as someone deeply engaged with society, their environment, and the world at large. Art is a genuine and unbiased response to life's phenomena. As a result, I've embraced a wide array of tools and techniques to express my thoughts and emotions, avoiding the confinement of adhering to a specific medium.

In alignment with my personal definition of art, I've always strived to resonate with societal and cultural movements, even in the face of taboos, particularly as a woman in a conservative and traditional society. My intention has never been to rebel or provoke for the sake of it but rather to explore topics that demand deeper contemplation and reevaluation. Much of my recent work has revolved around women, femininity, and animal rights themes, as I believe these issues reveal the difference between enlightened and humane societies and others.

Simultaneously, in an era marked by the rise of "Wokism" culture and discussions around topics that have been ignored by a lack of logical reasoning for many years, I've chosen visual art to shed light on these issues. I have aimed to contribute, albeit modestly, to raising awareness and impacting the collective consciousness, furthering my artistic mission.

Regarding my personal style and approach to portraying subjects, I've always been fascinated by the quest to unveil the subject's inner essence and convey the artist's journey while creating the artwork. This fascination took root, especially during my high school years, as I observed the works of Amedeo Clemente Modigliani, who refrained from literal representations. Painting the subject's eyes was reserved for occasions when a profound understanding of the subject had been attained, and his relentless pursuit of capturing the subject's soul on canvas profoundly influenced me. It affected me to the extent that I even contemplate extracting the inner essence of the landscape, place, and moment when depicting nature.

This idea and source of inspiration have influenced my departure from strict realism towards more imaginative painting. Moreover, I firmly believe that art, its tools, and its subjects are akin to the diverse and infinite flavors in a world teeming culinary delights. Confining oneself to a single medium or technique is akin to limiting oneself to just one type of cuisine in such a world! As someone searching for the language of art, my endeavor has always been rooted in finding a balance between ideas and mentality while maintaining visual beauty and not sacrificing the image in favor of the concept.

In summary, the common thread in my work represents what I have gleaned from the world around me, encapsulating my entire mindset and personal attributes as a human being. I share this with the hope of simplifying, through the limitless and powerful tools of art, the dismantling of the walls of prejudice and making it easier for people to see, observe, and accept the world around them.
